Firebug – Web Development Evolved I had Firebug installed for a while before I finally got around to playing with it. I was just poking at it the other day when I discovered I could modify the CSS live. Flipping a few switches I found out what was screwing up the formatting on my pemalink pages and fixed it. I still don’t know anything about CSS, but at least my site doesn’t look as crappy anymore.
I use Firebug some, but use the very nice Web Developer Toolbar a lot more:

I used to use a whole slew of extensions to do what FireBug does, plus I was considering paying for Xyle Scope — now Firebug and Web Developer are all I need. It’s amazing.
