yeah i make a variation of this one where i add kidney beans or black beans as well and the sauce is lime juice, a little olive oil, and chili powder. (recipe here, i don’t add the garlic) it is even better after sitting in the fridge overnight. another recipe from moosewood i use ALL the time is the potato salad with a mayo/red wine vinegar dressing. it’s scrumptious.
