West coast bound

create your own visited states map

I’m headed to San Francisco tomorrow for the Maker Faire. Richard and Dirk both posted maps of where they’ve been so I decided to do likewise since I met them on a previous trip. Fabienne has been putting together some cheat sheets for me while I try to get Hack-A-Day posts up through the weekend. Will is working on a ________ for the show (parts showed up yesterday and he laid out the board last night… madman… serial control from the iPod won’t be done though). I’ve already got plans to hang out with the folks from Midnight Research Labs. I’m looking forward to meeting Limor and other new people as well (and not having to explain what H-A-D is). Definitely going to be a trip to remember.

Well, see that’s the thing, I’ve spent a lot of car time getting to other places. IN, AZ, NM, ND I don’t think I visited anything besides their gas stations.

I’m pretty sure you’ve been to Idaho and Montana, and maybe Washington, but I think you were like one year old, so maybe it shouldn’t count if you don’t remember the experience. I barely remember it. We also stepped on Utah when we went to Four Corners.

Lane is right. You have been in Idaho, Montana, Washington and Utah. The unforgettable I-M-W trip when you where about 14 or 15 months old and we were stranded in Denver on the way home without luggage and dad drank my contact lenses (stored in a water glass–no luggage) during the night. Eyeglasses also in the luggage.
